Edward “Ed” is the fearless leader of the Kirch Property Management. He has been involved in the real estate industry for more than 40 years. He bought his first house when he was 18, he bought his second house when he was 19. By the time he was 25 years old, he had control over half a $18 million worth of properties. Ed has an extensive experience in property management and has ranked as the top real estate broker for many times over. He is knowledgeable in the Kane, Will and Kendall county area.

Kirch Property Management employs administrative assistants who work close with the property manager. They become familiar with the homeowners and tenants. They understand the importance of returning telephone calls and emails. They have been trained to be very thorough in message-taking, work order processing and process great “follow-up” procedures.
