So when you need a question answered or at tenant is calling to rent a place, an immediate response is given. We can provide immediate help when there’s a maintenance emergency at your property.
It’s been our experience that if you make your tenants happy, they stay longer. When your tenants stay longer, you have less vacancy, fewer repairs and lower expenses. All of this contributes to your bottom line going up.
