Your first month's rent and security deposit are both due at the lease signing. Please confirm these amounts with our team in advance.

Move-in Date & Inspection

Our team will work with you to set your move-in date during the lease signing; we will also provide all necessary information to ensure a successful move-in, along with details about the initial inspection of the property.

Utilities

You are responsible for keeping your utility accounts current throughout the duration of your stay with us. Please contact the relevant utility providers immediately following the lease signing to ensure you don't lose access to your utilities.

Move-out Checklist

Notice of Intent to Vacate

Planning to move out of your rental home? Please provide us with written notice of your intent to vacate the premises. Refer to your lease to determine the legal move-out date; you will be responsible for paying rent through that date.

Property Condition

Before handing in the keys for your rental home, you'll need to bring the property back to rent-ready condition.

Please be sure to take care of the following:

Rental Cleaning: When preparing to move out of a rental property, there are several important steps to ensure a thorough cleaning before handing over the keys.

Start by decluttering and removing any personal belongings. Then, thoroughly clean all surfaces, including floors, walls, and countertops. Pay special attention to high-traffic areas and frequently overlooked spots like baseboards, light fixtures, and inside appliances.

Don't forget to clean windows, mirrors, and blinds as well. Repair any damages or broken fixtures, and replace any burned-out light bulbs.

Repairs: If any damage has occurred inside your rental home, take the steps necessary to address the needed repairs. This includes patching nail and screw holes, repainting discolored walls, and replacing burnt out lightbulbs.

Security Deposit

We will perform a final inspection after your departure; if we identify any damage, we will schedule the necessary repairs. Your security deposit will be used to cover the associated costs.

Remember, you cannot use your security deposit to cover your final rent payment. Failure to pay your last rent bill will result in administrative fees, adverse credit reporting, and potential legal action.
